Return & Refund Policy


  • Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 3-5  days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 
  • All returns must be the unused, unworn, and resalable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches, and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. RKSCART does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
  • The item must be returned with its original packing.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire. 
  • Once a return is approved, customers have 2 days to send back their purchase.  Returns postmarked after 2 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rkscart offers returns for products within seven (3) days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

 It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product.

Jewelry's , watches, must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

 Rkscart shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

 In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub.

 The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt. If we receive the request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

Exchange is done by the customer they need to pay the delivery charges of AED 26


No cash refund — states that no monetary refunds will be given, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges.

Store Credit or Exchanges: A shipping charge of 26dhs will be applicable

  • There are no charges for exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the exchange size shipping of AED-26
